The Meditation Diary includes 3 months of daily templates. Why 3 months?
Because studies have shown that it takes around 3 months to create a lifestyle, totally established in your routine.
Since the pages are not dated, you can meditate at your own rhythm and it is easy to keep going should you miss a day.
The template is structured in 3 main parts:


First part:
PAUSE
Three questions that make you slow down, so you gradually start to be in the right conditions to meditate. It also helps you to be aware of your current state of mind and intentions, so you can then focus and engage more easily.
Second part:
MEDITATE
The Diary invites you to meditate; you choose the meditation that resonates with you. You can explore different durations and types based on your needs, using the supports you want.
Note that the journal does not explain "how to meditate", as there are many types of meditation and resources available to learn from. Rather its focus is to keep you motivated and mindful.
Third part:
REFLECT
The Diary helps you to conclude your meditation routine and prepare the next one. Once the meditation is completed write all your observations down, they are valuable and worth recording, it is also a way to be fully aware of them and see your progression.
