I ordered a meditation diary after seeing the ads on facebook several times. I received it within just a couple of days, and I was very impressed with the overall quality. I really like the linen fabric cover.
I started using it for a few days now and I find the routine very easy and straight forward, the first pages give good explanations too. I enjoy using it and so far it has helped me to meditate every day AND to enjoy the process. 5 stars for me!

I find it a great start to my practice but it also helps me reflect on my thoughts and what has been going on during my meditation.

Un journal qui complète très bien ma routine de méditation, soigné et belle qualité.

J'ai commandé ce journal après l'avoir vu en story sur le compte d;une influenceuse que je suis, et je n'en suis pas du tout déçue. Réception rapide et emballage soigné, belle qualité et papier épais (un bon point pour moi !) Plusieurs pages également au début pour expliquer comment répondre aux questions et partager de bons conseils. Les questions sont simples et ouvertes ce qui donne une bonne liberté pour répondre selon son envie, humeur du jour et interprétation. Je trouve personellement que cela complète parfaitement ma meditation et permet de mieux prendre conscience de ses pensées, de sa pratique etc. et je me rends compte qu'ajouter du "journaling" à la méditation a une vraie valeur ajoutée. Le seul bémol est que ce journal n'existe qu'en anglais ! J'aurais préféré avoir une version française, pour bientôt j'espère ? ;-)

The Meditation Diary includes 3 months of daily templates. Why 3 months?
Because studies have shown that it takes around 3 months to create a lifestyle, totally established in your routine.
Since the pages are not dated, you can meditate at your own rhythm and it is easy to keep going should you miss a day.

The template is structured in 3 main parts:

First part:
PAUSE

Three questions that make you slow down, so you gradually start to be in the right conditions to meditate. It also helps you to be aware of your current state of mind and intentions, so you can then focus and engage more easily.

Second part:
MEDITATE

The Diary invites you to meditate; you choose the meditation that resonates with you. You can explore different durations and types based on your needs, using the supports you want.

Note that the journal does not explain "how to meditate", as there are many types of meditation and resources available to learn from. Rather its focus is to keep you motivated and mindful.

Third part:
REFLECT

The Diary helps you to conclude your meditation routine and prepare the next one. Once the meditation is completed write all your observations down, they are valuable and worth recording, it is also a way to be fully aware of them and see your progression.
